What’s Going on With Bats?

April 18 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

free

Join us at our regular meeting for another exciting program focused on New Hampshire wildlife and the environment. Come share your stories. Our speaker, Cynthia Nichols is a wildlife biologist with the NH Bat Project, and is coordinating a citizen scientist program to monitor and collect data on the Little Brown Bat and the Big Brown Bat.

Bats eat up to half their weight in mosquitoes every night, so they play a big ecological role in mosquito populations. Come learn about bats and see if this is something you may want to participate in!

All are welcome to attend the NH Audubon Nashaway Chapter handicapped accessible free programs at the Nashua library. For more program information, visit our Facebook page.
