Registration Information
The Audubon Society of New Hampshire requires advance registration
and payment for almost all of its events, programs, and Nature Tours.
This lets us plan more accurately and avoid turning people away who
otherwise could have participated. We encourage early registration
to avoid disappointment. Program registrations made less than 5
business days in advance must be paid with a Visa or Mastercard.
Please note that for youth programs, member prices apply only if
membership is at the family level (or higher).
Cancellation of Workshops, Courses, and Special Excursions
ASNH will refund all payments if we cancel a program. Participants
who cancel may obtain refunds as follows:

cancellation more than 21 days prior to a program: full refund

cancellation 7-21 days prior to a program: refund minus $5 or
10% of the program fee, whichever is greater
-
cancellation fewer than 7 days in advance: no refund if we are
unable to fill space from a wait list; refund minus $10 or 20%
of the program fee, whichever is greater, if we can fill the space.
To help ease bookkeeping costs, refunds under $5 will be donated
to the Education Department unless the participant specifically
requests payment of the refund.
Field Trip Cancellation
ASNH will refund all payments if we cancel a field trip. For
participants who cancel 30 days or more in advance of the trip
departure, we will refund 50% of your deposit (in addition to
any prepaid portion of the balance) minus any unrecoverable costs.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior, we will
be unable to refund your deposit unless we are able to fill your
reservation (we will then refund 50%). This policy is necessary
because of the financial commitments we must make far in advance
of our trips.
