Black Birders Week is a nationwide event that runs from May 28-June 3, 2023, and aims to bring increased awareness of Black birders and naturalists who face challenges and risks when participating in outdoor activities.

This special walk is open to all people of all ages to celebrate and support Black appreciation of, and connection with, nature. The walk will focus on bird watching and highlight all aspects of nature within the park.

Time: 10am, meet next to the parking lot
Duration: Approximately 1½ hours
