Education is an important aspect of New Hampshire Audubon’s mission – we offer educational programming to students of all ages throughout New Hampshire. The Massabesic Center recently hosted Londonderry Middle School’s entire 7th grade class over the course of three days for a series of field trip programs. We were able to meet and learn alongside 340 students from Londonderry. The field trips engaged in a few of the amazing, educational activities that we offer, including the Scales, Scutes, and Skins presentation that focuses on New Hampshire’s reptiles and amphibians. Students learned all about our cold-blooded friends and then embarked on a nature walk on the Massabesic Sanctuary’s trails!
