We’re Seeking Volunteers Willing to Get in the Soil

NH Audubon is excited to announce that we will be installing three new pocket pollinator gardens in the city of Manchester to be enjoyed by students, seniors and the public. We are seeking volunteers to help us create these nature spaces for wildlife and people. Tasks will include prepping the site (species removal, raking, leveling, soil amendment), installing native plants (digging holes, planting, watering), and spreading mulch. This is a short-term volunteer project that will run from May-July 2024, with the first site breaking ground on May 29 at Manchester City Library.
